등록요구사항 (Service Registration Requirements)

·        신청서 Filled Up application Form (complete with all information as in the attached format)

·         시험성적서 - 제품에 첨가제[공급사 제출 요청필요]에 대한 분해성 UAE규격에 따르는 성적서 Test Report (from Additives Company-plastic bags are degradable as per formulation and as per the requirement of UAE S. 5009:2009)

·         적합선언서Declaration of Conformity by the Applicant on the Product(s) for Registration using the Applicant’s Official Letterhead (attached format to be printed on your trading company’s letterhead, signed and stamped)

·         산업 무역 증명서 Valid Industry/Trade License (For Companies within UAE)

·         해당 제품 품질시스템 매뉴얼Controlled Copy of relevant (QM) Quality Manual (Soft Copy/in CD/DVD)

·         플라스틱 첨가제 사용에 대한 비율 Declaration of using Plastic additive for each batch with percentage of additives

절차 Steps of Service Procedure

- ESMA 사이트에 등록 Registration on ESMA website

- ECAS 등록을 위한 신청 Apply for the ECAS registration

- 요구서류 제출 Submit the required documents to the notification body

- 문서 검토  The notification body will review the documents, prepare the Quotation and invoice

- 평가 보고서 완료 및 인증 결정 Completion of the evaluation reports and submission of the reports for the certification decision

- ECAS 인증 획득 Obtain ECAS certificate
