유로 환전 팁 며칠 전에 부모님께서 생애처음 유럽여행을 가셨는데요. 그래서 100만원 정도 유로화로 용돈을 드리기 위해서 유로 환전을 하기 위해 은행을 들렸습니다. 그전에 다양한 정보도 찾아보았는데, 실제로 해보니까 약간 생각을 달리 할 부분이 있는 것같아서 유로 환전 팁을 제 경험담으로 소개해볼까합니다. 1.환전 우대가 얼마나 이득일까? 결론은 공항에서 환전하는 최악의 경우를 제외하고는 가까운 은행에서 하는 것이 가장 편하고 합리적일 수 있습니다. 100만원 이상하는 엄청 큰돈이 아닌 이상 수수료차이로 인한 이득, 손실이 계산해보면 최대 2만원 안팍이거든요. 이것도 공항에서 환전하지 않는 이상은 시중 은행 대부분 비슷한 우대를 해주기 때문에 은행을 선택 잘못했다고 큰 손해가 생기는 경우는 드뭅니다. 정 불안하시면 은행별로 대충 알아보시는 것도 좋겠습니다.  그리고 실제로 환전 우대를 받기 위해서 특정 환전소를 굳이 찾아가면 시간 낭비과 여러분의 수고스러움이 더 큽니다.(지방에 사는데 서울역 환전센터까지 가는 경우엔 시간 낭비와 차비, 밥값이 더 들겠죠?) 따라서 100만원 이하의 소액은 약간의 손해를 감수하더라도 가까운 은행에서 하길 권합니다. 2.주거래 은행이라고 특별한 혜택은 크지 않습니다. 은행에서 요즘 예대 차익이 많이 적기 때문에, 환전으로 인한 수익이 꽤 중요해졌는데요. 그래서 환전 우대를 해준다면서 고객유치를 많이 해주는 편인데.. 시중은행에서 주는 혜택을 거의 비슷합니다.(달러나 유로화처럼 자주 쓰이는 화페에 한해서입니다. 잘 안쓰이는 화폐는 은행별로 차이가 큽니다.) 특별히 주거래 은행에서 한다고 해도, 약간의 우대는 받을 수 있으나, 금액이 크지 않기 때문에 몇천원 더 아끼는 수준이에요. 그래도 그게 어디냐 싶으시겠지만, 주거래은행이 혹시나 멀면 굳이 거기까지 안가도 될 정도라는 겁니다. 물론 가까우시면 주거래 은행에 가셔서 환율 우대 많이 해달라고 네고를 하는것도 방법입니다.(그럼 모바일쿠폰등 여러방법을

Commission welcomes agreement on clearer energy efficiency labelling rules to empower consumers Brussels, 21 March 2017 Negotiators of the European Parliament and the Council agreed today on a revised energy efficiency label and the relevant regulatory framework. The current A+++ to G labels for products will be replaced by a clear and easier to use A to G labels. This will make energy labels more understandable for consumers and help them make better informed purchasing choices. MDR Regulation Revision Background Some concerned voices say that the new regulations place unrealistic demands on the industry including the cost of certifications by a notified body.  The limitation of resources to fulfill the new regulatory demands could lead to significant delays for product approval in certain areas and subsequently the healthcare industry may lack the availability of important products.  In particular the short timeline for the MDR transition is considered very critical. The majority, nevertheless, believes that this Regulation is a big progress towards increasing patients’ safety and will allow rebuilding trust between the public sector and the medical industry, by ensuring a greater surveillance as well as a balance between innovation and economic interests. From 27 December 2015, limit values determined in Annex XVII of REACH Regulation EC 1907/2006 for Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) become effective. In particular, for plastics and rubber the following limit values regarding the 8 carcinogenic PAH compounds will apply: 1 mg/kg in products with direct, prolonged or repeated skin or mouth contact 0,5 mg/kg in toys and articles for babies and small children with direct, prolonged or repeated skin or mouth contact From 24 May 2017, new restrictions for the formamide (CMR substance) content in toys become mandatory. For rubber foams containing more than 200 mg/kg of this substance (threshold value) an emission limit value of 20µg/cbm will apply.  Within the context of the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, stricter limits for single preservative agents in aqueous toys also become effective from 24 May 2017.
